After a long day at work, I usually go straight to the gym. After that’s complete, I’m pretty exhausted from my work day and an intense workout. On top of that, I’m hungry at the same time! Although I love to cook, I’ll admit it is exhausting having to spend a long time in the kitchen whipping up something healthy.
So what I’d like to do is provide you with one of the quickest meals you can make that’s loaded with tons of protein, low and fat and carbs. Rich in vitamins, nutrients and fibre and it’s a Paleo-inspired meal “Spicy Caveman Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry” This takes about 5 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to cook.

5 Chicken Skewers
1/4 cup of almonds
5 sun dried tomatoes
2 cups of broccoli
3 chunks of gingers
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Jamie Oliver Chili Salt and Schezuan Salt
This recipe is really simple to make, I have the video link posted below.
Start preparing by boiling the broccoli in a separate bowl while that’s boiling turn your wok on to medium heat and place a tablespoon of coconut oil in to heat up. Then start cutting up the ginger, garlic and shallots and place it in the wok.
Stir it up for a few minutes until slightly cooked, then add the 5 chicken skewers and cover with pan for a good 8 minutes or until slightly browned.
Season with the Chili Salt and Schezuan Pepper!
Take the sun dried tomatoes and cut them up into small pieces. They are loaded with Vitamin C and High in Fibre.
Check to see if the broccoli is finished cooking, drain it then add broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and almonds to stir fry for another 8 minutes until done.
Taste, if needed add chill salt and pepper. After a few minutes it should be cooked.
