An Albino Polar Bear would probably love this if they had access to it. This weeks instalment of the hangover cure is one of my favorite dishes to have after a hard nights drinking and it also serves as a hit if you’re looking for ideas at a BBQ.
What you will need is a cutting board, a knife, a spoon and some skewers. The fruits I used for this skewer is watermelon, cantaloupe and grapes.
Simply cut open the watermelon and cantaloupe in half. You can use a spoon to scoop them out in little bite size pieces and then place them on the skewer. You can use red grapes in between to add a little bit of sour taste to the flavor.
Consuming these combination of fruits while hung over can increase energy, replaces vitamins and nutrients and helps the bodies get rid of toxins.
Also, it’s a fact that water is the staple of a hangover cure. These combinations of fruit are very high in water content when served fresh. If you’re hung over I’d recommend that you don’t get so fancy with the skewers. However, if you plan on getting intoxicated with your work pals the day before you should prepare these the day before and you’ll be the life of the party!
